Getting Microsoft points

Getting Microsoft points is quite easy, Bing rewards gives you a 100 points for 125 Bing Points which takes about 13 days to earn.

There is also a few other sites in which you can do surveys and sign up for offers(some free offers some paid offers) and earn free Microsoft points and other prizes.

From my personal experience the best three sites are

Cashle

points2shop which is Cashle sister site

Superpoints Network which is an invite only site
(Comment below if you would like to join as refferal codes only last a few days)

And of course Bing Rewards where you do 10 searches a day with the toolbar(From Microsoft)

Aegis WIng

Aegis Wing was the second Free game released on XBLA.
It was released on 5/16/2007

Aegis Wing is a Side Scroller Shoot'em-up.
It looks great and controls great too. A unique multiplayer system gives this game hours of fun with others. You can in multiplayer connect to you teammate and one person shoots and the other person drives.
If you havent downloaded this game i highly recomend it.

Yaris is one of the few free XBLA games. Which brings me to this games best point is that it is free.
The Burger King Games look like Gold compared to this.
Do not touch this thing.

Zuma Deluxe

Zuma Deluxe was released on 11/22/05

Graphics:
It looks just as good or even better than the pc version of this game 8/10

Sound:
nothing amazing but the sounds fit in where they belong. 7/10

Gameplay:
This game becomes very addicting once you get the hang of what to do(which is really simple). The controls could of used a little bit more fine tuning but they still work well for thier purpose. 7/10

Overall:
This is a decent puzzle game. 7/10

Zuma is available for 800 points

UNO

UNO was released on 5/9/06

Graphics:
Its readable and looks good what else could you want from a card game. It just needs more backgrounds and it would be excellent. 7/10

Sound:
The music gets a little old sometimes but that is nothing that custom soundtracks can't fix. 5/10

Gameplay:
It is very accurate of the actual card game that so many of us have grown to love. If you like Uno and but don't have any one to play with getting online with this game makes the most realistic experience for UNO you can get with out dealing out the cards between you and your friends at home. 10/10

I recomend this game to every one who loves or even remotely likes UNO.

Uno is available for 400 ms points and the three extra thems(and gamestyles) are availble for 250 ms points

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix

Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix was released on 8/29/07

Graphics:
Everything has been updated for HD, and it all looks nice. The worst part of the graphics is character sprites, but you will be to busy to notice this when you are playing 8/10

Control:
Everything feels right at home on the controller. They are perfect. 10/10

Gameplay:
You have to put colored blocks(of the same color) together and place bombs of the appropriate colors on them to clear them off the screen faster than your opponent and in bigger combos. When you destroy a color section it makes blocks fall on you opponents side. A great puzzle type game for those who love them. 10/10

I am going to make this real short, shorter than the time I spent playing this...

Unless you played and loved this game in the arcades stay away from it. It's bad real bad.

Small Arms

Small Arms was released on 11/22/06

If you take Super Smash Bros and add Fast paced mindless shooting you get a game called Small Arms.

Controls:
The controls are confusing at first but once you learn them you will realize that they are perfect for the game. 7/10

Graphics:
The are pretty good in general, but the projectiles and explosions look real nice. 7/10

Sound:
The music is done well but on default setting(at least on my tv and surround setup) the sound effects themselves aren't too good and get muffled out by the music sometimes. The options to adjust the sound and effects do help alot though. 7/10

Gameplay:
If you got friends to play with and you like brawler types of games this is for you.The single player isn't that great but that is expected from a game that seems to be built for multi player. 8/10 for mullti player 5/10 for single player.

Space Giraffe

Space Giraffe was released on 8/22/07

Where can I begin with this one....well let us look at the good first.
Space Giraffe is a wildly vivid game.
It is sometimes funny.

Now the bad......
It is hard; not in a good way.
There is too much on the screen that is not needed.
It is like trying to watch fireworks and drive at the same time.

Space Giraffe is not for the average pick up and play person. Only a select few will like this game and to those who do more power to you.

I am not recommending this game to anyone; unless you got the points to waste or are trying to collect every arcade game. Let this game sleep with the fishes

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

TMNT was released 3/14/2007

TMNT was one of the 90's greatest arcade games to ever be developed.

Story

Stop The always evil Shredder and save April O'Neil. thats the basic extend of the story. 5/10

Gameplay
Take Control of you favorite turtle and kick some Foot Clan glutius maximus. Up to 4 people can play at the same time which makes this a great game to play while relaxing with the crew or to kill time and meet new Turtle fans on live. 8/10

Graphics

They don't look as good as some other XBLA classic arcade games but the still look decent. 6/10

Replayability

Is endless in multi player mode it is always a blast to play online or in couch mode. If you love multi player games this is a definite buy. 8/10

Overall
If you love TMNT, sidescroller Beat-em-ups, classic arcade games, or co-operative play; this game is for you. 9/10

Sonic the Hedgehog

Sonic, SEGA's most beloved hedgehog. Realsed 7/11/07

Graphics:
This game is even more beautiful than I remembered. The HD upgrade has taken this game to a new level of beauty. 9/10

Sound:
The sound is crisp and adds the perfect touch of nostalgia. 6/10

Gameplay:
With the inclusion of a save anywhere function it makes some of the most frustrating levels much less harsh on the controller. Simple controls; left stick and the A button; is great. 9/10

Overall: For 400 points you cant beat a deal like this. 9/10

Sonic the Hedgehog is available on the Marketplace for 400 points.

Castlevania Symphony of the Night

Castlevania Sotn was released on XBLA on 3/21/2007

Controls:
The controls can be a little confusing at times but otherwise are great, and set up almost perfect. My only grip is sometimes in the heat of the moment it is easy to forget what trigger button does what. 9/10

Graphics:
Considering this game was originally released for the Playstation the graphics are superb for a 2-D side-scroller. 8/10

Story:
You play as Alucard, a mysterious person who has taken it on his own to destroy Dracula once and for all. As you progress through the game many twists in the plot happen and you get help from a few allies. 7/10

Sound:
The music is very fitting for this game, and it is superbly done. 10/10
The sound effects are good not much room to improve. 9/10 (overall sound 9.5/10)

Gameplay:
The mix of a side scrolling action game and RPG leveling system and items is perfect. 10/10

Replay Value:
After beating the game the first time you can play 3 other modes
one as Ricther Belmont, another as Alucard with max luck and lower stats, and one last one as Alucard with diffrent armor.
There is also a huge amount of area to explore in the castle 8/10

Overall:
Castlevania Sotn is a great game. It has to be one of the best XBLA games to date. 9.5/10
